穿梭车导轨，镀锌钢板按照实际的导轨高度轧制成型

横梁和牛腿通过自动冲压冷弯成型，再通过机器人焊接，横梁挂片的挂齿数量，每个挂片不少于3个，必需配置安全销，防止叉车意外抬升。

横梁货架安装过程中，若遇地面不平整处，需使用垫片等手段，确保货架安装完成后各立面及横梁水平、垂直。横梁柱卡采用机器人焊接，所有焊接缝均匀不得有裂纹、夹渣、焊瘤、烧穿、弧坑和针状气孔等缺陷。对焊缝和贴脚焊缝的外形尺寸极限偏差应符合GBJ205中的有关规定。
