The surface is subjected to high-frequency quenching to achieve a hardness of HRC55 or above. Installation and commissioning process control

Each process is strictly operated according to the standard operating instructions, with assembly and re inspection carried out simultaneously. After no less than two weeks of no-load testing, overload testing, and dynamic simulation testing, fine adjustments will be made according to the test data and customer requirements before shipment, and relevant data will be recorded.
